That the Holy Spirit is the Life Spirit of God the Father and His Son - the Living Essence of Their Spirit being, Their Presence in Spirit, Their Divine Spirit Power flowing throughout the universe.

Matthew 10:20   “ ...God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, ‘Abba, Father’" Galatians 4:6    "Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty." 2 Corinthians 3:17

That through His Son, the firstborn over creation, God the Father created the universe - cascading galaxies with orbiting planet worlds and heavens filled with stars framing the oceans of cosmic space.

"He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist." Colossians 1:13-17

"’To whom then will you liken Me, Or to whom shall I be equal?’ says the Holy One. Lift up your eyes on high, And see who has created these things, Who brings out their host by number; He calls them all by name, By the greatness of His might And the strength of His power; Not one is missing." Isaiah 40:25-26

That in six days, God created Planet Earth and the first humans, Adam and Eve. On the seventh day God rested from His work and sanctified the seventh day for a Sabbath rest. Thus throughout the generations of Planet Earth, Saturday the seventh day remains a memorial to God's creative power. On His day we are to cease from our weekly labour and honour God by keeping His Sabbath holy.

"Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good. So the evening and the morning were the sixth day." Genesis 1:31

"Thus the heavens and the earth, and all the host of them, were finished. And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had done. Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made." Genesis 2:1-3

God created Planet Earth

Natural Foods from the Soil

That upon creation of Planet Earth, mankind’s original diet was natural foods grown in the soil.  And spiritually joined to God, our human body becomes a temple for His indwelling Spirit. Thus a healthy diet and healthy living play a vital role in our spiritual relationship with God.

“And God said, See, I have given you every herb that yields seed which is on the face of all the earth, and every tree whose fruit yields seed; to you it shall be for food.
Also, to every beast of the earth, to every bird of the air, and to everything that creeps on the earth, in which there is life, I have given every green herb for food’; and it was so.”  Genesis 1:29-30

"Do you not know that you are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If anyone defiles the temple of God, God will destroy him. For the temple of God is holy, which temple you are." 1 Corinthians 3:16-17

"Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?"   1 Corinthians 6:19

"Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."   1 Corinthians 10:31

"I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." Romans 12:1-2
