Truth Seeker 8: Our Most Urgent Need

OUR MOST URGENT NEED

Now, in the midst of this world’s horrific and deepening crises, and the soon appearing of Jesus who will pierce our polluted sky with His glory, we have one urgent need.

Truth seekers, our one urgent need is to accept God’s saving deliverance from sin. Accepting this gift, we enter into a true spiritual relationship with God the Father and His beloved Son. And do you realise, that when we enter into a true spiritual relationship, we enter the kingdom of heaven? For Jesus Himself said, “The kingdom of God does not come with observation…For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:20,21

2For He says: “In an acceptable time I have heard you, And in the day of salvation I have helped you.”, now is the accepted Behold time; behold, now is the day of salvation. 2 Corinthians 6:2 (NKJV)

16For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. John 3:16–17 (NKJV)

9In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him.10In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:9–10 (NKJV)

21For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 (NKJV)

12giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.13He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,14in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. Colossians 1:12–14 (NKJV)

9If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 (NKJV)

23For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 6:23 (NKJV)

Yes truth seekers, the Father’s gift of saving grace manifested through the sacrificial death and risen life of His beloved Son, is our one true hope for escaping this dying world.  For out there in the global world on every front of daily life we encounter deathly deceptions of every kind.
