Evil Deepens Upon the Earth

Down, down, down through the descending centuries of earth’s first era of time, the dark side plunges the human race deeper and deeper into the degrading depths of evil.

So much so, that we hear God’s mournful cry rising from His grieved heart.

⁵Then the Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. ⁶And the Lord was sorry that He had made man on the earth, and He was grieved in His heart. Genesis 6:5–6 (NKJV)
