By Luke Chapter 6, we find another group seeking Jesus, not to learn, not for healing, but to watch and find accusation against Him (Luke 6:7). When Jesus restored a withered hand on the Sabbath the scribes and Pharisees, "...were filled with rage and discussed with one another what they might do to Jesus." Luke 6:11 This opposition and hostility came at a time when He had a vital decision to make: "Now it came to pass in those days that He went out to the mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God. And when it was day He called His disciples to Himself; and from them He chose twelve whom He also named apostles." Luke 6:12-13 Are you facing opoosition and hostility today? Do you have a decision to make that could affect your whole life? Or the life of others? PRAY! Image by Pete Linforth from Pixabay
