Hello Readers

Where I live with my family every day brings something new.

Birds greet us in the morning and the sound of King George crowing is our wake up alarm.

I pray with excitement wondering what God is going to bring to me today.

Through the day I notice birds flying from one tree to another singing to each other,

Horses come to me wanting affection and attention, oh how fun to play with horses.

It’s truly amazing the animals God has created and the way He planned it.

For me, when I spend time with animals I am filled with a happy bubbly feeling and I can picture God sitting on His throne looking down smiling knowing that I’m taking pleasure in His nature surrounded by His  loving animals.

At the end of the day I enjoy thanking God for the blessings I have received through the day.

It truly is amazing how one little blessing can lighten up the day.

Following the narrow path may be filled with struggle and worldly restrictions but isn’t heaven the greater thing for us to look forward to?

Always remember, God is there to pick you up if you fall and He will guide you along the way. He loves us more than we can really know, He looks over us with love and concern waiting for our heart to open to Him.

The Bible is God’s loving words spoken to each of us no matter where we live, or whatever is happening in our lives. God’s only begotten Son is His greatest gift given to each of us, to rescue us from this sinful world that we might live forever in God’s kingdom.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son, whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16

The outworking of Love

By this we know love, because He laid down His life for us. And we also ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. But whoever has this world’ goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?

1 John 3:16-17

Knowing God through Love

Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has  sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we love God, but that he loves us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

1 John 4:7 -11

And now I would like to share with you a very versatile gluten free recipe, which can be used for crepes, wraps or for pasties.

Gluten Free Flat Bread Batter:

1 cup almond or cashew flour

1 cup tapioca starch

1 cup water

½ tsp white pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Buzz all ingredients in a blender. Rest for at least 5 minutes and add further ½ cup water if batter thickens a lot. Pour ¼ of a cup of batter into a heated pan and spread into a circle shape, whatever shape or size you want. Each side probably will take 3-5 minutes, once it looks like the batter has set and looks slightly brown then flip it over and repeat process. Enjoy!
